Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

After processing, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package while it is in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

HoneyPaw Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
