Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In the original packaging

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
